4 Ways to Turn Doubt Into Confidence

Beating yourself up with negative thoughts and feelings is something we all experience at some time and point in our lives,  thinking you’re not going to get that promotion, you can’t start your business because you don’t have enough money or the amount of contacts you want;  you are not-good-enough for this or not good enough for that, trying to figure it all out, but yet feeling overwhelmed, helpless and doubtful in the process.  Doubt is not a positive thing, however it’s a reality. Doubt is a sign of fear. When fear grips your soul, and won’t let go, and it manifest itself in many of our lives whether we want to believe it or not, it’s then time to release it and move forward.  So, what can you do to relinquish this grip on your spirit and make this doubt disappear so that you and live with confidence. These four areas below can help you conquer that feeling of doubt.

  1. Ask yourself why you’re feeling doubt.

Find out what it is that is causing you to feel the self-doubt.  Ask yourself why do you feel this way, and what you think brought it on.

  1. Turn your negative thoughts into positive thoughts.

For every negative thought that creeps into your head, immediately change it to a positive thought.

  1. Surround yourself with positive minded people.

Sometimes we need to replace our old friends with new ones, know where your positive influence and positive energy comes from.  Everyone doesn’t breathe the positive, so hook up with positive connections.

  1. Exhale doubt, inhale confidence.

To release that old doubt that is holding you captive, do a little meditation and exhale the doubt and inhale confidence expecting and receiving a new sense of belief.

Always keep positive flowing in and around about you.  It can and will make all the difference in your life.
